Erin Standley is the founder of Standley Consulting and is committed to helping professionals identify their goals and reach their potential. Erin has over 15 years of professional experience, including 9 years in higher education administration with leadership roles spanning admissions, career services, and student advisory in both undergraduate and graduate program settings. Before her time in higher education Erin worked as a recruiter and recruiting supervisor. She has experience with professionals across many industries including nonprofit, medical, pharmaceuticals, education, human resources, finance, general business, oil & gas, and video game development.
Erin is a certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner and she has also achieved the master practitioner designation. She has coached individuals and trained teams to utilize the MBTI to improve individual performance and team dynamics.
Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa and a Master of Business Administration in Management from the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Erin continues her support for Rockhurst in her role as an Adjunct Instructor of Management and coach in the MBA and MA programs.
